Seoul: Oci Holdings Co. on Wednesday reported its 2025 net loss of 144.2 billion won (US$99.4 million), turning from a profit of 113.7 billion won a year earlier. The company said in a regulatory filing that it posted an operating loss of 57.6 billion won for the year, compared with a profit of 101.5 billion won from the previous year. Annual sales fell 5.5 percent to 3.38 trillion won.
According to Yonhap News Agency, these financial results mark a significant downturn for the company, which had previously experienced profitability. The shift from net profit to net loss reflects challenges faced by Oci Holdings in maintaining its revenue streams and managing operational costs. The decrease in annual sales further underscores the difficulties encountered in the market over the year.
