Seoul: NHN Corp. on Tuesday reported its third-quarter net loss of 110.3 billion won (US$78.7 million), marking a shift from a profit of 8 billion won a year earlier. The company detailed its financial outcomes in a regulatory filing, highlighting a challenging period for the firm. According to Yonhap News Agency, NHN Corp. posted an operating loss of 113.4 billion won for the July-September period, contrasting with an operating profit of 23.4 billion won during the same timeframe last year. Despite these losses, NHN reported a 6.4 percent increase in sales, reaching 608.4 billion won. This growth in sales, however, was not enough to offset the operating and net losses experienced in the third quarter.
