Seoul: Meritz Financial Group Inc. on Wednesday reported its fourth-quarter net income of 323.3 billion won (US$222.5 million), marking a decrease of 7.6 percent from the previous year.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that its operating profit for the October-December period fell by 33.7 percent year-on-year to 338.9 billion won. Additionally, sales saw a decline of 13.3 percent, amounting to 10.3 trillion won.
