Nagoya:The men's volleyball team had to cancel its morning training session on Monday before its Asian Games match in Japan due to a bus mix-up, as announced by a South Korean team official.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the team was supposed to train in the morning ahead of their second group-round match against Chinese Taipei, scheduled for 7 p.m. at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games. However, the bus provided by the organizing committee took them to the wrong location.

The incorrect destination was approximately an hour away by car from the intended training site, making it impossible for the team to continue with their planned session, leading to its cancellation.

This incident adds to a series of transportation issues faced by South Korean teams at the Games. Previously, the men's national basketball team missed a crucial shootaround before the final against Japan on September 20 due to a no-show of their scheduled shuttle bus.

Additionally, on September 15, the football team arrived late for their match against Qatar at Nagoya City Mizuho Park Rugby Field after the bus driver got lost. Their recovery session the following day was also postponed because of a similar transportation mishap.
