Lee to Hear From Civic Group Members on Policy Improvements

Seoul: President Lee Jae Myung was set to meet with members of civic groups Friday to hear their voices on major social issues, the presidential office said. During the meeting at Cheong Wa Dae, the president plans to hear from members of civic groups working on social issues, such as human rights, the environment, agriculture, peace, and history, according to the office.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the meeting was arranged to bridge gaps between government policies on those issues and the realities facing civic group activists. This initiative is seen as a step toward fostering better communication and understanding between the government and civic organizations, aiming to create more effective and inclusive policies.
