Seoul: President Lee Jae Myung is set to embark on state visits to Singapore and the Philippines from March 1 to 4, as announced by Cheong Wa Dae. These visits are aimed at enhancing collaboration with these Southeast Asian nations through high-level summit discussions.

According to Yonhap News Agency, President Lee will begin his diplomatic journey by traveling to Singapore on Sunday for a three-day visit. On Monday, he is scheduled to engage in summit talks with Singapore's Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and meet with President Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who serves as the ceremonial head of state. These discussions are expected to focus on strengthening bilateral cooperation in various sectors.

Following his engagements in Singapore, President Lee will proceed to Manila on Tuesday. There, he will hold a summit meeting with Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and participate in a business forum, as detailed by presidential spokesperson Kang Yu-jung in a written briefing. President Lee is scheduled to return to Seoul on Wednesday, concluding his state visits.
