Los angeles: The soundtrack for Netflix's animated film "KPop Demon Hunters" experienced a drop to No. 3 on the Billboard main albums chart this week. According to a chart preview released Sunday (U.S. time), the album now ranks behind Taylor Swift's "The Life of a Showgirl" and Morgan Wallen's "I'm The Problem" on the Billboard 200.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the "KPop Demon Hunters" soundtrack previously enjoyed two weeks at No. 1 before Taylor Swift's album claimed the top position. It then maintained its rank at No. 2 for five consecutive weeks. The Billboard 200 chart ranks the most popular albums in the United States, based on equivalent album units, which include physical sales, track-equivalent units, and streaming-equivalent units.

During the latest tracking week, the "KPop Demon Hunters" soundtrack earned 75,000 equivalent album units, marking an 11 percent decline from the previous week. Additionally, Yeonjun from the K-pop group Tomorrow X Together made his solo debut at No. 10 with "No Labels: Part 01," achieving 29,000 equivalent album units, with 27,000 comprising physical album sales.
