Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index experienced varied movements today, with several companies recording notable gains while others faced declines. Key performances included OCI’s significant increase, closing at 56,700, up by 2,300, while ISUSPECIALTYCHEMICAL rose to 47,150, gaining 500.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Hanwha Vision also experienced an uptick, closing at 53,200, up by 900. Meanwhile, MIWON SC faced a decline, ending at 138,200, down by 1,400. LOTTE Fine Chem saw a minor decrease, closing at 46,000, down by 200, whereas HYUNDAI STEEL’s value slightly increased to 33,200, up by 50.
Nongshim recorded a substantial rise, closing at 448,500, with an increase of 3,000. SGBC’s value also went up, ending at 65,400, with a gain of 500. In contrast, POSCO Holdings saw a decline, closing at 273,000, down by 2,000, while APR faced a significant drop to 255,000, down by 6,000.
SamsungElec made a notable gain, closing at 89,000, up by 3,000, and LS experienced a strong performance, ending at 171,000, up by 4,000. Meanwhile, OTOKI’s value decreased significantly, closing at 405,500, down by 4,000, and LGCHEM dropped to 277,500, down by 4,000. LG Energy Solution saw a substantial increase, closing at 399,000, up by 51,500, and HYOSUNG HEAVY had a remarkable gain, ending at 1,412,000, up by 37,000.
