Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index exhibited a mixed performance in its latest trading session, as several companies reported varying stock price changes. Among the notable gainers was HyundaiAutoever, which saw a rise of 47,500, closing at 305,000. HD HYUNDAI also experienced a significant increase, up by 7,700, landing at 198,800.

According to Yonhap News Agency, other companies experiencing upward momentum included HanmiPharm, which climbed by 7,000 to reach 441,000, and Hanwha Systems, which saw an increase of 5,350, closing at 54,300. KumhoPetrochem also reported an increase, up 4,900, ending at 126,400.

Meanwhile, several companies faced declines. TaekwangInd experienced a significant drop of 18,000, closing at 769,000, while Hyundai WIA fell by 1,600 to 71,300. LOTTE CHEMICAL Corp saw a decrease of 1,300, closing at 71,200.

Overall, the session displayed a variety of stock movements, with sectors such as financials and technology seeing mixed results. Investors will be closely monitoring these trends as they anticipate future market shifts.
