Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index experienced a notable day with several companies posting gains. Among the standout performers were HyundaiAutoever and SKSQUARE, which saw substantial increases in their stock prices. HyundaiAutoever's shares rose by 25,500 to reach 417,000, while SKSQUARE recorded an impressive gain of 49,000, bringing its closing price to 563,000.

According to Yonhap News Agency, other companies also contributed to the positive momentum in the market. SAMSUNG BIOLOGICS closed at 1,694,000, marking an increase of 26,000. HD HYUNDAI ELECTRIC saw its shares rise by 93,000, closing at 933,000. Additionally, HYBE and HS HYOSUNG ADVANCED recorded gains of 21,000 and 11,500, with closing prices of 376,500 and 257,500, respectively.

The financial sector saw mixed results, with Meritz Financial experiencing a decline of 1,800, closing at 120,800. Conversely, KBFinancialGroup's shares increased by 2,100, closing at 151,400. In the technology sector, Doosan Robotics and ISUSPECIALTYCHEMICAL posted gains of 2,100 and 2,200, closing at 103,800 and 102,200, respectively.

Other notable performers include HD HYUNDAI, which gained 6,500 to close at 245,000, and APR, which rose by 9,500 to reach 266,000. Meanwhile, DoubleUGames and BNK Financial Group saw their shares increase by 1,000 and 950, closing at 56,600 and 19,450, respectively.

Despite the overall positive trend, some companies experienced declines. KRAFTON's shares fell by 1,500, closing at 236,500, and kakaopay decreased by 1,300 to close at 63,600.
