KOSPI 200 Sees Mixed Performance with Notable Gains and Declines

Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index saw mixed results as several prominent companies experienced significant changes in their stock prices. SamyangFood led the pack with a notable rise, closing at 1,110,000, marking an increase of 41,000. Meanwhile, POSCO INTERNATIONAL saw its share price rise to 56,300, up by 1,500. Conversely, CJ CheilJedang experienced a drop, closing at 195,400, down by 600.

According to Yonhap News Agency, APR reported a substantial increase, closing at 405,000, which is up by 39,000. HS HYOSUNG ADVANCED also saw a positive movement, ending at 191,500, an increase of 4,600. On the other hand, LG Corp. experienced a decline, closing at 112,600, down by 1,300.

Shinsegae experienced a significant jump, with its stock price rising by 52,000 to close at 624,000. POSCO FUTURE M and Nongshim also reported gains, closing at 193,000 and 375,000, up by 5,300 and 5,500, respectively. HYUNDAI STEEL managed a slight increase, closing at 33,450, up by 150.

MiwonComcl saw a decrease, closing at 116,000, down by 1,500, while LG Innotek experienced a rise of 42,000, closing at 1,137,000. LOTTE SHOPPING saw a notable increase, rising by 14,300 to close at 181,900. SGBC closed at 52,000, up by 2,150.

The financial sector saw iM Financial Group rise to 17,280, an increase of 680, while SKBP closed at 91,900, up by 9,500. KCC's stock price rose, closing at 498,000, up by 10,000. In contrast, NAVER faced a decline, ending at 257,000, down by 22,000.

DoubleUGames experienced a rise of 4,100, closing at 72,000, and LotteChilsung saw a modest increase, rising by 300 to close at 105,000. HyundaiMtr remained stable at 639,000. AMOREPACIFIC Holdings closed at 22,750, up by 1,400, while COSMOCHEM rose to 11,630, up by 780.

POSCO Holdings closed at 364,500, an increase of 5,500, and LOTTE reported a rise, closing at 26,150, up by 2,000. LOTTE Fine Chem and SBHC also saw increases, closing at 47,000 and 45,850, up by 1,700 and 1,350, respectively.

Taihan Cable and Solution closed at 38,700, up by 1,450. SeAH Steel Holdings faced a decline, ending at 133,900, down by 5,400. LG CNS also saw a decrease, closing at 99,000, down by 7,500.

WooriFinancialGroup ended at 30,000, an increase of 1,150, and ORION Holdings rose to 25,300, up by 1,000. Daesang saw a slight increase, closing at 18,090, up by 300. ASIA HOLDINGS experienced a decline, closing at 172,500, down by 1,300.

YoulchonChem closed at 17,210, up by 1,160. HYOSUNG HEAVY reported a substantial rise, closing at 3,467,000, up by 271,000, while LG Energy Solution rose to 396,500, up by 8,000. HtlShilla closed at 55,200, up by 3,700. Hanmi Science and Hanssem saw increases, closing at 29,700 and 29,900, up by 1,250 and 1,350, respectively.
