Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index saw a range of movements as several companies reported significant changes in their stock prices. Notably, companies such as SamsungE and A, HANALL BIOPHARMA, and HDKSOE experienced substantial price increases while others like SamsungF and MIns and SAMSUNG C and T faced declines.

According to Yonhap News Agency, SamsungE and A's stock price rose by 6,200 to reach 47,650, marking one of the notable gains of the day. HANALL BIOPHARMA followed with an increase of 11,200, bringing its stock price to 69,000. HDKSOE also saw a rise of 18,000, closing at 363,500. On the other hand, SamsungF and MIns experienced a decrease of 11,000, closing at 625,000. SAMSUNG C and T saw a more significant drop, with a decrease of 23,500, bringing its stock price down to 471,000.

Several other companies also reported gains in their stock prices. LGCHEM's stock price increased by 37,000 to 308,000, while S-Oil rose by 10,500 to 103,700. KOREA ZINC experienced an increase of 69,000, closing at 1,125,000. YoungoneHoldings and LS ELECTRIC also saw notable increases, with their stock prices rising by 11,900 and 21,000 respectively.

Some companies experienced minor increases and decreases. Kogas and KEPCO saw their stock prices rise by 800 and 1,150 respectively. Meanwhile, LOTTE SHOPPING and Samsung Life reported decreases of 3,600 and 24,000 respectively. Despite these fluctuations, the overall trend for the day leaned towards gains for most companies on the index.
