Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index witnessed varied movements as several major companies reported changes in their stock prices. Notable shifts were observed among both gainers and decliners, reflecting the dynamic nature of the market.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Samsung Life saw a decrease of 2,400, closing at 155,800, while Samsung Card also experienced a drop, ending at 54,000. CheilWorldwide, however, made gains, closing at 22,900, which was an increase of 100. Lotte Wellfood's stock fell by 700, concluding at 121,000, while Coway's shares rose by 100 to close at 88,000. Meanwhile, IBK declined by 150, reaching 20,900 at the close.
Lotte Shopping's shares fell by 1,800 to 72,400, while POSCO DX surged, closing at 28,450 with an increase of 2,050. Orion Holdings saw a decrease of 150, ending at 20,300, whereas Daesang's shares dropped by 250, closing at 21,150. KCC experienced a significant rise, closing at 435,500, up by 6,500.
SKBP's stock decreased by 700, closing at 133,300, while SK ie technology gained 900, closing at 30,050. HDHMS rose by 2,300, reaching a close of 197,200, and LG Energy Solution saw a substantial increase of 25,500, ending at 451,500. YoulchonChem's shares went up by 1,150, closing at 31,250.
Hyosung Heavy experienced a decrease of 25,000, closing at 1,987,000, while DL E and C declined by 300, ending at 41,050. Kakaopay made gains, closing at 48,900, an increase of 400. OCI's shares rose by 1,200, closing at 62,000, and ECOPRO MAT ended at 63,100, up by 3,100. Doosan Robotics saw an increase of 600, closing at 81,400.
F and F remained stable at 72,600, while Hanssem's shares declined by 700, closing at 46,150. SKSQUARE experienced a significant increase of 20,000, closing at 322,000. OTOKI's stock fell by 1,500, ending at 388,500, whereas DN AUTOMOTIVE gained 100, closing at 28,000.
