KOSPI 200 Index Sees Mixed Performances Across Major Companies

Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index displayed varied movements as companies wrapped up their trading sessions. KRAFTON's stock closed at 232,000, experiencing a decrease of 12,500. Meanwhile, HANWHA SYSTEMS saw a positive shift with an increase of 5,000, bringing its closing price to 91,600.

According to Yonhap News Agency, several companies experienced upward movements. APR closed at 410,500, marking an increase of 5,500. Similarly, HD HYUNDAI ended the day at 242,500, up by 1,500. CheilWorldwide's shares saw a modest rise, closing at 18,420, up by 180. MIWON SC and BGF Retail also saw positive changes, closing at 98,300 and 130,100, increasing by 2,800 and 1,400, respectively.

Conversely, some companies experienced declines. LOTTE WELLFOOD's stock dropped by 1,100, ending at 103,200. ORION closed at 132,500 after a decrease of 400. Netmarble's closing price was 40,000, reflecting a decrease of 600. KCC also faced a decline, closing at 488,500, down by 9,500.

Among other notable movements, DOOSAN's shares increased by 18,000, reaching 1,584,000. HANWHA AEROSPACE saw a rise of 15,000, closing at 1,031,000. Meanwhile, Shinsegae experienced a significant gain of 61,000, closing at 685,000. On the other hand, HyundaiMtr faced a notable decline, ending the day at 602,000, down by 37,000.

The day's trading on the KOSPI 200 index reflected a mix of gains and losses, showcasing the dynamic nature of the stock market as various companies adjusted to market conditions.
