Seoul: The KOSPI 200 index displayed mixed results, with several companies recording gains while others experienced declines. Among the significant movers, Korea Zinc saw its price rise by 5,000 to close at 825,000. Hanwha Aerospace also reported a substantial increase, climbing 42,000 to 896,000. In contrast, DOOSAN faced a downturn, dropping 10,000 to 580,000.

According to Yonhap News Agency, several other companies witnessed changes in their closing prices. Samsung Heavy Industries increased by 1,010 to reach 18,910, while LG Innotek rose by 300 to 154,300. HD Hyundai Mipo saw a significant gain of 3,900, bringing its price to 195,900. On the downside, SK's price fell by 11,000 to 212,500, marking a notable decrease.

Additionally, OCI Holdings decreased by 700 to 86,900, and LS Electric dropped 1,500 to 277,000. S-Oil also experienced a decline, with its price down by 700 to 62,500. Conversely, Mobis gained 2,000 to close at 307,500, and Hanchem rose by 8,900 to reach 182,400.

Other notable movements included Hyundai WIA and CJ Logistics, which increased by 500 and 1,800, respectively. Meanwhile, CJ saw a decrease of 4,000, closing at 167,600, and Samsung SDS ended the day down by 1,200 at 186,200.
