Seoul:The KOSPI 200 saw a mixed bag of results with several companies experiencing losses in their share prices at the close of trading. Notable declines included Samsung C&T, which fell by 24,000 to 267,500, and HanmiPharm, which dropped by 18,500 to 386,000. Other significant decreases were observed in LGChem, down 15,500 to 252,000, and KIWOOM, which decreased by 16,000 to 210,000.

According to Yonhap News Agency, several companies also experienced increases in their share prices. LG H&H saw a rise of 5,000, closing at 269,000, while Woori Financial Group increased by 150 to 31,150. Amorepacific also saw a slight gain, up 100 to 132,300, and Youngone Corp rose by 500 to 75,100.

Overall, the market trends indicated a stronger presence of declines among the companies listed on the KOSPI 200, with significant drops affecting various sectors. Noteworthy losses included those from SK Innovation, down 8,200 to 155,000, and LGELECTRONICS, which decreased by 8,800 to 168,600.
