KORIBOR Rates Show Stability Across Short-Term Lending Periods

Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) remained stable across various short-term lending periods as reported by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information arm of Yonhap News Agency, at 11:00 a.m. today. The rates for 1-week, 1-month, and 2-month terms remained unchanged at 2.50%, 2.60%, and 2.68% respectively.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the rates for longer-term lending periods, such as the 6-month and 12-month terms, showed a slight increase. The 6-month rate rose from 2.86% to 2.87%, while the 12-month rate increased from 3.19% to 3.20%. These slight adjustments reflect minor changes in the lending environment for these durations.
