Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) remained stable across most terms in the latest update, as reported by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information arm of Yonhap News Agency. The rates were posted at 11:00 a.m., reflecting no changes in the short-term rates and a minor increase in the six-month term. According to Yonhap News Agency, the one-week, one-month, two-month, and three-month KORIBOR rates all held steady at 3.25%, 3.30%, 3.34%, and 3.41% respectively. These rates indicate a continuation of the previous session's figures, suggesting consistency in the short-term interbank lending market. Notably, the six-month KORIBOR rate experienced a slight increase, moving from 3.41% to 3.42%. This minor change may reflect market adjustments or expectations for economic conditions impacting the medium-term lending environment. Meanwhile, the twelve-month rate remained unchanged at 3.27%, maintaining its position from the previous session.
