According to Yonhap News Agency, Kim Bong-sik, commissioner of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, informed reporters that the legal review process concerning Moon Da-hye's case is nearing completion. The referral to the prosecution is anticipated to occur this week. Authorities are considering charging Moon with dangerous driving resulting in injury. In addition to the drunk driving case, Moon Da-hye is under investigation for allegedly running an illegal house-sharing business. She is accused of operating an Airbnb in western Jeju for the past two years without proper registration, in violation of the Public Health Co ntrol Act.
