KORIBOR Rates Remain Unchanged Across All Terms

Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) have remained steady across all terms as reported by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news and information arm of Yonhap News Agency, at 11:00 a.m. today. The rates, which are a benchmark for lending and borrowing between banks in South Korea, showed no change from the previous session.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the KORIBOR for the 1-week term stands at 2.75%, maintaining the same rate as the previous session. Similarly, the 1-month term remains at 2.80%, while the 2-month and 3-month terms continue to be at 2.84% and 2.88%, respectively. The 6-month and 12-month terms also show no variation, holding steady at 2.88% and 2.85%.

These rates are crucial for financial institutions as they influence the terms of loans and financial products offered to consumers. The stability of the KORIBOR rates suggests a consistent outlook in the interbank lending market. Financial analysts will be monitoring these rates closely for any potential shifts in the economic environment that could impact future rate adjustments.
