Korea Interbank Offered Rates Show Slight Change in 3-Month Term

Seoul: The Korea Interbank Offered Rates (KORIBOR) revealed a minor adjustment in the 3-month term rate, as reported by Yonhap Infomax, the financial news division of Yonhap News Agency, at 11:00 a.m. today. The rates for other terms remained stable compared to the previous session.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the rates for the 1-week, 1-month, 2-month, and 12-month terms all held steady at 2.50%, 2.51%, 2.52%, and 2.59% respectively. The 6-month term saw a slight increase from 2.57% to 2.58%. However, the 3-month term experienced a marginal rise, moving from 2.53% to 2.54%.

These rates, set by the Korea Interbank, are closely monitored as they serve as benchmarks for various financial instruments and have implications for economic activities in the region.
