Seoul: The state-run Korea Electric Power Corp. (KEPCO) announced on Thursday that its net income for 2025 reached 8.73 trillion won (US$6.1 billion), marking an increase of 141.2 percent compared to the previous year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company revealed in a regulatory filing that its operating profit for the year rose by 61.7 percent on-year to 13.52 trillion won. Additionally, KEPCO's annual revenue increased by 4.3 percent, totaling 97.43 trillion won.
