Japanese Woman Booked for Attempted Break-In at BTS Member Jungkook’s Home

Seoul: A Japanese woman in her 50s has been booked on suspicion of attempting to break into the home of BTS member Jungkook, police said Monday. The woman is suspected of trying multiple times to open the keypad door lock of Jungkook's home in Seoul's Yongsan Ward between November 12 and 14. She was booked last week on charges of attempted housebreaking and stalking, as reported by the Yongsan police station.

According to Yonhap News Agency, an investigation is under way, although the suspect has not been questioned as she resides overseas. This incident follows a similar case involving a South Korean woman in her 40s, who was referred to the prosecution on charges of housebreaking and stalking after she broke into the parking lot at Jungkook's home in August.

Meanwhile, a Chinese woman in her 30s was also caught attempting to break into Jungkook's home in June. However, prosecutors decided not to file charges against her.
