Seoul: Hyundai Rotem Co., the defense and train subsidiary of Hyundai Motor Group, on Friday reported its 2025 net income of 770.5 billion won (US$536.5 million), marking a 90.1 percent increase from the previous year.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that its operating profit for the year witnessed a significant rise of 120.3 percent on-year, reaching 1 trillion won. Additionally, Hyundai Rotem's annual revenue saw an increase of 33.4 percent, totaling 5.83 trillion won.
