According to Yonhap News Agency, this achievement marks a historic moment for the South Korean automaker, highlighting its growth and expansion in the global automotive industry.

The journey toward this milestone began in 1967 when Hyundai Motor Co. was founded. Over the decades, the company has expanded its production capabilities, introducing a wide range of vehicles to meet the demands of diverse markets worldwide. This accomplishment not only underscores Hyundai's manufacturing capabilities but also its ability to adapt and innovate in a highly competitive industry.

In other historical events involving South Korea, the nation established diplomatic relations with Panama in 1962, marking the beginning of its efforts to expand international ties.
