The forecast, released at 9:01 a.m., predicts significant rainfall across the region, with the likelihood of precipitation varying between cities.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul, Incheon, and Suwon are expected to have a high temperature of 29°C and a low of 26°C, with an 80% chance of rain throughout the day. Similarly, Cheongju and Daejeon are forecasted to reach a high of 32°C, with lows of 26°C and 25°C respectively, both cities facing an 80% probability of rain.
Chuncheon, with temperatures ranging from 24°C to 29°C, has a 70% likelihood of rain, while Gangneung stands out with a sunny forecast and a high temperature of 34°C, although it still has a 60% chance of rain. Jeonju and Jeju both expect highs of 32°C and lows of 26°C and 27°C, respectively, with a 60% chance of rain.
Meanwhile, Gwangju, despite a high of 32°C and a low of 26°C, is set to enjoy sunny weather with a 60% possibility of rain. Daegu and Busan, with highs of 33°C and 31°C respectively, both anticipate rain, with a 60% chance of precipitation predicted for each city.
