Dismissal of charges against “Sunthorn-Kanokwan” and those involved in the Khao Yai forest encroachment case

The Criminal Court for Corruption Cases dismissed the charges against “Sunthorn-Kanokwan” and 10 others in the case of encroaching on Khao Yai National Forest Reserve land.

The court dismissed the case. Because there is a conflicting opinion that it is wrong according to the lawsuit. The court ruled that defendants 1,2,3,5,10 had no duty under Section 151. The court ruled that the NACC investigation did not like the actions of defendants 1,2,3,5,6,10 without intent. Defendant 4 ,7,8,9 are therefore not supported. Other issues not diagnosed
