Seoul: Bucket Studio announced plans to raise 20 billion won (US$13.9 million) through a stock sale. The company aims to use the funds primarily to finance its operations.

According to Yonhap News Agency, a regulatory filing revealed that Bucket Studio will issue approximately 4 million common shares at a price of 4,896 won per share. The stock will be sold to investors designated by the firm.
