Seoul: Amorepacific Holdings, the holding firm of South Korea's leading cosmetics manufacturer Amorepacific Corp., announced a significant decline in its net profit for the year 2025. The company's net income fell by 55.3 percent, totaling 292.2 billion won (approximately US$199.1 million).
According to Yonhap News Agency, despite the drop in net income, Amorepacific Holdings experienced a notable increase in operating income, which rose by 47.6 percent from the previous year, reaching 368 billion won. Additionally, the company's annual revenue saw an 8.5 percent growth, amounting to 4.62 trillion won.
The results highlight the firm's mixed financial performance, with strong operational gains overshadowed by the substantial decrease in net profits. The details were disclosed in a regulatory filing, reflecting the challenges and achievements faced by Amorepacific Holdings in the competitive cosmetics industry.
