Mobile: Three South Korean golfers have earned their LPGA membership for the 2026 season through the annual qualifying tournament, with two returning to the top women's golf circuit and one set for her debut.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Joo Soo-bin finished solo second as the top South Korean at the LPGA Q-Series at Magnolia Grove in Mobile, Alabama. The final stage, originally set for 90 holes, was reduced to 72 holes due to inclement weather conditions. Joo secured her return to the tour by finishing at 12-under 274, with her performance highlighted by a bogey-free final round.

Joo, who first joined the LPGA Tour in 2023, has yet to claim a victory, with her best result being a sixth-place finish at the 2023 ShopRite LPGA Classic. Joining her on the tour are Juniper Jang and Lee Dong-eun, who both tied for seventh place at the Q-Series, finishing at 10-under 276. Jang shot a 67 in the final round, while Lee carded a 72.

Jang, 22, has participated in 44 LPGA Tour events since 2023, achieving three top-10 finishes. Lee, 21, competed on the Korea LPGA (KLPGA) Tour since turning professional in May 2023 and won the Korea Women's Open Golf Championship in June, marking her maiden KLPGA title.

The cut line for the qualifying tournament was five-under, with eight players tying for 24th place. Among the South Korean contenders, Bang Shin-sil, a three-time KLPGA winner, finished closest to earning a card at two-under. Lee Jeong-eun, the 2019 LPGA Rookie of the Year, was initially tied for 19th at four-under but ultimately finished in a tie for 45th after a challenging final round.
