US Secretary of State pays tribute to Party leader Nguyen Phu Trong

An US delegation led by Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken arrived in Hanoi on late July 27 to pay tribute to the late Vietnamese Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
