The government spokesman said that from August 1 to September 15, 2024, the government, along with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society (DE), the Ministry of Finance, and relevant agencies, have prepared officers to provide services to people who have smartphones but need assistance in registering during operating hours at 4 main locations nationwide: 1) 1,722 community digital centers; 2) 1,200 post offices (except for authorized post offices (private) and service shops); 3) 1,047 Government Savings Banks nationwide; and 4) 1,238 Bank for Agriculture and Agricultural Cooperatives (BAAC). As for the group of people who do not have smartphones, registration for the project will be open from September 16 to October 15, 2024 at the locations specified by the government, which will be officially announced again.
