According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul is witnessing temperatures ranging from a low of -13°C to a high of -3°C, with clear skies and no chance of rain. Incheon and Suwon share similar weather conditions, with temperatures dipping as low as -14°C and -13°C, respectively, under sunny skies. Cheongju also reports sunny conditions with temperatures between -11°C and -2°C.

Other cities like Daejeon, Chuncheon, and Gangneung have varying weather patterns. Daejeon experiences cloudy skies with temperatures at 00°C for the high and -11°C for the low. Chuncheon, on the other hand, is sunny with temperatures ranging from -1°C to -14°C, while Gangneung experiences cloudy conditions at a high of 3°C and a low of -5°C.

Jeonju and Gwangju report cloudy skies with Jeonju's temperatures at 01°C and -9°C and Gwangju experiencing a slight chance of rain at 10%, with temperatures between 02°C and -6°C. Jeju has the highest chance of rain at 20%, with temperatures ranging from 00°C to 04°C under cloudy skies.

Meanwhile, Daegu and Busan report cloudy weather conditions without any significant chance of rain. Daegu's temperatures are between 04°C and -7°C, while Busan has temperatures ranging from 07°C to -2°C, making it one of the warmer cities today.
