South Korea’s Jang Se-yun Secures Silver in Women’s Judo at Asian Games

Nagoya:South Korea's Jang Se-yun captured the silver medal in the women's -52-kilogram judo category at the Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games, marking the first judo medal for the country at the Games.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Jang faced off against Sita Kadamboeva of Uzbekistan in the final match held at the Aichi International Arena, where she was disqualified, resulting in a hansoku-make decision.

In addition to Jang's silver, Xu Aoyu of China and Kokoro Fujishiro both earned bronze medals in the event.
