Seoul: South Korean bond yields saw slight increases across most terms on the morning of August 6, 2026, as reported at 11:30 am. The 1-year Treasury Bond (TB) yield rose to 3.353%, a 0.9 basis point increase from the previous session. The 2-year TB yield increased by 1.7 basis points, reaching 3.562%. The 3-year TB yield experienced a 2.4 basis point rise, reaching 3.693%. The 10-year TB yield saw a minor increase of 0.4 basis points, now standing at 4.154%.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond (MSB) yield edged up slightly by 0.3 basis points, now at 3.606%. Additionally, the 3-year Corporate Bond (CB) with an AA- rating increased by 1.1 basis points, reaching a yield of 4.403%. These changes reflect a consistent upward trend in bond yields across various terms, indicating shifts in market conditions.
