Seoul: South Korean bond yields experienced a marginal increase across multiple maturity terms on the morning of August 29, 2025.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-year Treasury Bond (TB) yield rose to 2.248%, marking a change of 0.4 basis points from the previous session's 2.244%. The 2-year TB yield increased by 1.0 basis points, reaching 2.354% from the prior 2.344%. The 3-year TB yield saw an increase of 1.6 basis points, moving to 2.432% from 2.416%. The yield on the 10-year TB climbed by 0.8 basis points to 2.823%, up from 2.815%.
Furthermore, the 2-year Monetary Stabilization Bond (MSB) yield rose by 1.0 basis points, reaching 2.370% compared to the previous session's 2.360%. The 3-year Corporate Bond (AA-) yield also registered an increase, moving up by 0.7 basis points to 2.905% from 2.898%.
