South Korean Bond Yields Experience Fluctuations Across Terms

Seoul: South Korean bond yields showed varied movements across different terms on November 13, 2025. The changes were recorded in key treasury bonds and monetary stabilization bonds, reflecting shifts in the financial market.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the 1-year treasury bond yield decreased by 0.3 basis points to 2.537% from the previous session's 2.540%. The 2-year treasury bond yield experienced a decline of 0.6 basis points, settling at 2.831% compared to the prior session's 2.837%. In contrast, the 3-year treasury bond yield rose by 0.9 basis points, reaching 2.932% from 2.923%. The 10-year treasury bond yield saw a decrease of 1.5 basis points, moving from 3.282% to 3.267%.

The 2-year monetary stabilization bond yield slightly increased by 0.8 basis points, registering at 2.860% from 2.852%. Meanwhile, the 3-year corporate bond (rated AA-) yield increased by 1.4 basis points to 3.345%, up from 3.331%. The 91-day certificate of deposit yield saw a significant rise of 9.0 basis points, climbing from 2.610% to 2.700%.
