The national Olympic Committee of South Korea wants to appeal the disqualification of two skaters from Monday’s short track race at the Beijing Winter Games, Chef de Mission Yoon Hong Geun has said. A case will be made to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, the Korea Herald paper reported Yoon saying Tuesday. Additionally talks would be sought with International Olympic Committee (IOC) president Thomas Bach about how to avoid “unfair” decisions in short track.
