South Korea Prepares for Varied Weather Patterns Across Major Cities

Seoul: South Korea is set to experience a mix of sunny and rainy weather across its 12 major cities on Friday. The forecast indicates a varied climate with temperatures ranging from 29°C to 32°C in different regions, accompanied by differing chances of rain.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the capital city of Seoul, along with Incheon and Suwon, is expected to have a sunny day with temperatures reaching highs of 32°C and lows of 23°C, coupled with a 60% chance of rain. Similarly, Chuncheon and Gangneung will also enjoy sunny conditions with identical temperature ranges and rain probabilities.

Conversely, cities such as Cheongju, Daejeon, Jeonju, Gwangju, Jeju, Daegu, and Busan will experience rainfall. Cheongju's forecast predicts a high of 31°C and a low of 24°C with a 60% chance of rain, while Daejeon is expected to have a similar temperature range but with a slightly higher probability of rain at 70%. Jeonju is anticipated to have the highest chance of rain at 80%, with temperatures peaking at 30°C and dropping to 24°C.

Daegu is forecasted to experience the heaviest rain with a 90% chance, and temperatures ranging from a high of 32°C to a low of 24°C. Meanwhile, Busan is expected to be cooler with a high of 29°C and a low of 24°C, accompanied by an 80% chance of rain. Jeju and Gwangju will also see rain with temperatures around 31°C and a chance of rain at 60%.
