Seoul: South Korea’s 12 major cities are set to experience varied weather conditions on Sunday.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the forecast predicts a mix of sunny and cloudy skies with temperatures fluctuating across the regions.
In the capital city, Seoul, residents can expect sunny weather with temperatures reaching a high of 7°C and a low of -2°C, alongside a 20% chance of rain. Similarly, Incheon and Suwon will enjoy sunny conditions with slight variations in temperature, both cities witnessing a 20% possibility of precipitation. Cheongju and Daejeon are forecasted to be cloudy with similar temperatures and a 20% chance of rain.
Further east, Chuncheon mirrors Seoul’s sunny outlook with temperatures between 7°C and -4°C, while Gangneung anticipates cloudy weather with a higher chance of rain at 30%. Jeonju and Gwangju will bask under sunny skies, with Jeonju experiencing temperatures of 8°C/0°C and Gwangju slightly warmer at 9°C/1°C.
Jeju, a popular tourist destination, is expected to see cloudy skies with the highest temperatures among the cities, ranging from 10°C to 7°C, and a 30% possibility of rain. In the south, Daegu predicts cloudy conditions with temperatures at 10°C/1°C, while Busan remains sunny with temperatures ranging from 12°C to 4°C, both with a 20% chance of rain.
