South Korea Interested in Investing in Beauty Training Centre in Cambodia
A delegation of South Korea's International Association of Education in the Beauty Sector has expressed its interest to create a National Centre for Beauty Science in Cambodia to provide training for Cambodian youth and to ensure quality, effectiveness and safety of cosmetic services.
Mr. Lee Sung Yeob, the association's representative, introduced this investment plan to H.E. Ith Samheng, Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, during a meeting in Phnom Penh early this week.
Mr. Lee informed H.E. Minister of the success of his association in the sector and explained its decision to invest in Cambodia thanks to the country's potential in the beauty industry.
In reply, H.E. Ith Samheng voiced his support to this project and pledged to grant license to the centre.
The labour minister added that the project will respond to the increasing demand of such a service while Cambodia's economy keeps growing and the people's living standard is enhanced.
