Seoul: South Korea is preparing for a rainy Sunday as forecasts predict precipitation across 12 major cities. The weather is expected to bring rain to both northern and southern parts of the country, with varying probabilities of rainfall.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul, Incheon, and Suwon will experience a high of 16°C and a low of 13°C with a 70% chance of rain. Cheongju and Daejeon are also expecting rain, with temperatures reaching 16°C and a lower chance of rain at 60%.
In the northern region, Chuncheon will see similar conditions with a high of 16°C and a low of 12°C, and a 70% likelihood of rain. Gangneung, however, stands out with a higher probability of 80% for rain, with temperatures between 15°C and 13°C.
Further south, Jeonju anticipates an 80% chance of rain, with temperatures peaking at 17°C. Gwangju and Jeju, both expecting a 60% chance of rain, will see highs of 18°C and 20°C, respectively.
Meanwhile, in the southeastern part of the country, Daegu and Busan predict highs of 17°C and 18°C, with a 60% and 80% chance of rain, respectively, as residents prepare for a wet weekend.
