Seoul: South Korea's 12 major cities are preparing for a chilly and predominantly cloudy Sunday, with the possibility of rain in some areas.
According to Yonhap News Agency, Seoul is expected to experience temperatures ranging from a high of -3°C to a low of -11°C, with a 20% chance of rain. Incheon and Suwon will see similar weather, with high temperatures of -4°C and -2°C, respectively, and lows reaching -10°C and -11°C, each also facing a 20% probability of rain.
Cheongju will have temperatures hovering around 0°C at the high and dropping to -9°C at the low, maintaining a cloudy outlook with a 20% chance of rain. Daejeon and Gangneung will see slightly warmer highs of 2°C, but Daejeon's low will be -8°C with a 20% rain possibility, while Gangneung shares the same low temperature under cloudy skies.
Jeonju and Gwangju will reach highs of 2°C. However, while Jeonju remains cloudy with a 20% chance of rain, Gwangju is expected to enjoy sunny weather with only a 10% chance of rain. Jeju, with a high of 6°C and a low of 3°C, will also be cloudy, though it has a lower rain probability of 10%.
Lastly, Daegu and Busan will have slightly warmer conditions, with Daegu reaching a high of 4°C and a low of -7°C, while Busan will see a high of 6°C and a low of -3°C, both with a 20% chance of rain.
