Seoul: SKC Co., a South Korean chemical materials producer, reported a substantial net loss of 99 billion won (US$68.4 million) for the third quarter, maintaining its position in the red compared to the same period last year.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the company disclosed in a regulatory filing that it continued to experience an operating loss of 52.8 billion won for the July-September timeframe. This is a slight improvement from the 59.5 billion won operating loss recorded a year prior. Despite these losses, SKC's revenue saw a notable increase of 14 percent, reaching 506 billion won.
