Seoul: SK IE Technology Co. on Thursday reported its fourth-quarter net loss of 100 billion won (US$69.1 million), swinging from a profit of 76.2 billion won a year earlier. The company revealed these figures in a regulatory filing, indicating a significant downturn in its financial performance.

According to Yonhap News Agency, SK IE Technology Co. posted an operating loss of 91.9 billion won for the October-December period, a stark contrast to the operating profit of 30.2 billion won reported the previous year. Additionally, the company's sales plummeted by 65.6 percent, totaling 59.3 billion won for the quarter.

The financial results highlight the challenges faced by SK IE Technology Co. in the last quarter, reflecting the broader economic conditions impacting the industry.
