Minister of Public Security Senior Lieutenant General Luong Tam Quang hosted a reception for ambassador of the Republic of Korea (RoK) to Vietnam Choi Young Sam in Hanoi on July 18. The new ambassador, who used to be a spokesman for the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has had many years of experience in East Asian affairs.
