Seoul: LG CNS Co., an information technology affiliate of South Korea's LG Electronics Inc., announced a partnership with Canada's artificial intelligence (AI) company Cohere Inc. to develop localized AI services for Korean enterprises.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the agreement involves collaboration between the two companies to jointly develop agentic AI solutions tailored specifically for Korean businesses. This partnership aims to leverage Cohere's advanced AI solution, North, to provide highly localized AI agents for corporate customers in South Korea.

Cohere, founded in 2019, is recognized as a leading AI platform for enterprises and is supported by major tech investors, including Nvidia Corp. The collaboration with LG CNS marks a significant step in expanding AI capabilities and services within the Korean market.
