LG and Nvidia Leaders to Meet in Silicon Valley for AI and Robotics Partnership

Seoul: LG Group Chairman Koo Kwang-mo is set to convene with Nvidia Corp. Chief Executive Officer Jensen Huang in the United States next week to advance their collaboration in artificial intelligence infrastructure and robotics, industry sources revealed on Thursday. This meeting aims to build upon previous discussions held two months ago in Seoul, where the two leaders explored potential partnerships in AI-driven technologies.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the forthcoming meeting in Silicon Valley follows an initial encounter on June 8, where Jensen Huang expressed Nvidia's interest in partnering with LG Group on projects related to humanoid robots and next-generation data centers. During that meeting, time constraints prevented a detailed discussion, prompting Huang to invite Koo to California for further dialogue.

The discussions in Silicon Valley are anticipated to delve into the specifics of investment sizes and establish a timeline for technology development. This strategic meeting marks a significant step toward solidifying the AI and robotics partnership between the two tech giants.
