Seoul: President Lee Jae Myung will travel to Europe this month to participate in the Group of Seven (G7) summit in France, a senior presidential official announced on Friday.

According to Yonhap News Agency, Lee's trip is scheduled from Tuesday to June 18 and will include visits to Belgium, Italy, and the Vatican. National Security Adviser Wi Sung-lac confirmed that Lee's attendance at the G7 summit, set for June 15-17, is at the invitation of the grouping, highlighting the significance of the visit.
