Seoul: President Lee Jae Myung will accept the resignation of Oceans Minister Chun Jae-soo, the presidential office announced. Chun has offered to step down following allegations that he received money from the Unification Church.

According to Yonhap News Agency, the presidential office confirmed in a press notice that Chun's resignation will be processed following the necessary procedures. The allegations suggest that Chun may have taken bribes from the Unification Church, a claim he has denied as "completely groundless."
